The buyer agrees to accept the vehicle in its current condition, including any visible or hidden defects or damages.

No Representations: The seller, auctioneer, or any associated parties make no representations or warranties regarding the condition, history, or performance of the vehicle. The buyer acknowledges that any statements made about the vehicle are not to be relied upon and that they have relied solely on their inspection and judgment.
