We strongly recommend coming for the preview. The preview will be every day but Sundays between 10 am-5 pm. Don't forget to sign on the sign-in paper when you come. You can also see the other online or upcoming auctions as well. 

We will accept returns for the Electronic devices that don't work after pick up in 5 days. Please text Esh for returns. The other items need to be checked on the site. 

There will be a $25 late pickup fee. Please contact Esh to reschedule the pickup. For the pickups after Saturday, a storage fee will be applied. 

If any invoice more than $100 is not picked up, it is subject to small courts. Please bid responsibly. 

If you see any problem with any lots, please text Esh and we will fix it. (Refer as Black Auction)

The prices are individual prices. The prices are taken from premium shopping websites such as Home Depot Amazon Costco, and eBay. Please use them as a reference. If you see any wrong processor info, text Esh and we will fix it.

Some of the furniture is in a box. Please see the other pictures to be sure if it is in a box or assembled.
